BOOK BANK
Central Library maintains a SPPU University book bank facility mainly of undergraduate level text books to help students belonging to SC/ST Students for the full academic year.
CIRCULATION
Library providing books circulation service to the all Bonafied Members, current students & all staff members. For this facility membership form is available in the library.

Reading Room Facility
Library reading room facility provide to the users. Reading room capacity is 200 users at time. The textbooks / course books as recommended by the faculty are kept in the library Reading room Section at the circulation counter. These books can be used only in the library against Identity Card. Students can borrow one book at a time from this collection for on-premises up to the closing of the library on same day. A late fee of Rs. 10.00 per day is charged for overdue book.
User Awareness Program
The library takes an active part in the orientation programme organized by the institute for the benefit of new students in the beginning of academic year. They are taken around the library to familiarize them with various resources and services available for them. Any user desiring to know more about library resources and service or to learn how to use a particular resource like OPAC, e-journals, databases etc. should contact Librarian or Library staff, Reference service.
Current Awareness Service
Newspaper clippings display, Document Delivery service through e-mail such as scanning the content pages of periodicals, regular updates from library.
WEBOPAC Facility
WEBOPAC (Web-based Online Public Access Catalogue) is introduced to avail the library facility at doorstep to its users. Library Resources such as printed and digital collection is accessible. All the subscribed E-Resources as well as some additional useful informative open access resources are integrated to WEBOPAC so that users get an access at one place with very less time.

Online I-card System with the help of ERP Software:
Central Library facilitates Online I-Card system with the help of ERP Software to staff and students.
E-Resources
Central Library sends the student and staff to SPPU Sub-Center which provides access to e-resources for ex. (IEEE, Springer, Science Direct, Wiley Blackwell etc.).
Reprographic Facility:
Library Provides xerox facility for student for books and other documents with minimum charge for limited pages.
QR Code Service
Library has created QR code for accessing Central Library Web-Opac which includes e-books, open access e-journals, news paper clipping, university question paper, NDL, Shodhganga etc.
